Purchases and other terms and conditions

All products developed by Muyol are covered by a warranty of 1 year on fabrication errors.

Muyol can make changes to any product offered on the site, or to the applicable (if any shown)prices for any such product , at any time, without notice.

On all our products are these terms an conditions of value.
All orders placed with the company Muyol, via phone, fax, mail, will refer to all conditions listed here.  
All parts which we supply shall remain the property of the company Muyol until paid in full. 
We can give delivery date/time of our products but cannot be held responsible for any delay what so ever. 
All prices, materials, design and specifications are subject to change without notice.


All engine and exhaust components have been designed and are build for off-road applications only.   
In some countries it's not legal to modify your engine for street use so please contact your local government for more info on this matter.
We cannot be held responsible for the use of our products in streetapplications and all that comes to it.

Return for an exchange or refund will be allowed only within 7 calendar days from the date of the receipt and must be authorized by the company Muyol prior to shipping.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with the company Muyol for the shipment prior to its refusal. 
All authorized returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.  
No returns or exchanges on products that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched or defaced will be allowed. 
Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by sender.  
A refund or exchange will not be considered until all relevant products have been returned to the company Muyol.  Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  
All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchange will be charged to the customer.  
A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may reach you.  
It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of the size and application of the parts before installation. 
A 20% restocking fee will be calculated on all authorized returns in addition to any original shipping fees.   

Shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date.  
All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier. 
Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. 
The company Muyol cannot initiate any claims with the carrier.  


Every dispute will be brought to court in Mechelen (Belgium),the Belgian right applies exclusively .
